Tehnica PIR se bazeaz\u0103 pe alternarea relax\u0103rii musculare \u0219i a \u00eentinderii. Dup\u0103 astfel de manipul\u0103ri, relaxarea sistemului muscular este deja un proces natural, reflex. Dintre toate tehnicile manuale, expunerea izometric\u0103 este considerat\u0103 cea mai eficient\u0103 \u0219i sigur\u0103 procedur\u0103 medical\u0103 (f\u0103r\u0103 efecte secundare, complica\u021bii).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INDICA\u021aII PENTRU PROCEDUR\u0102<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tehnica PIR demonstreaz\u0103 o eficien\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 \u00een tratamentul urm\u0103toarelor condi\u021bii patologice:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>tonusul muscular local;<\/li><li>durere \u00een regiunea articular\u0103;<\/li><li>modific\u0103ri distrofice la nivelul coloanei vertebrale;<\/li><li>manifest\u0103ri neurale ale patologiilor sistemului musculo-scheletic;<\/li><li>durere facial\u0103;<\/li><li>ciupirea \u021besutului nervos;<\/li><li>hernie intervertebral\u0103;<\/li><li>patologii congenitale ale \u021besutului conjunctiv, ligamentelor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tehnica de relaxare postizometric\u0103 este utilizat\u0103 pentru ameliorarea durerii:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>regiunea toracic\u0103;<\/li><li>coloana vertebrala lombara;<\/li><li>articula\u021bia um\u0103rului;<\/li><li>zona cervical\u0103;<\/li><li>articulatia soldului;<\/li><li>mu\u0219chiul iliopsoas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru coloana cervical\u0103, tehnica PIR asigur\u0103 eliminarea durerii, ame\u021belilor, normalizarea aliment\u0103rii cu s\u00e2nge a creierului, restabilirea memoriei \u0219i a activit\u0103\u021bii intelectuale. Relaxarea post-izometric\u0103 a mu\u0219chilor g\u00e2tului se realizeaz\u0103 cu ajutorul unor exerci\u021bii speciale. Mai mult, pentru fiecare mu\u0219chi cervical (trapez, scalen, sternocleidomastoid) se aplic\u0103 un complex de proceduri medicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relaxarea post-izometric\u0103 a mu\u0219chiului iliopsoas permite nu numai lupta \u00eempotriva durerii, patologiilor musculare, ci contribuie \u0219i la formarea unei posturi frumoase, la mobilitatea normal\u0103 a articula\u021biei \u0219oldului \u0219i la restabilirea ritmului de respira\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relaxarea postizometric\u0103 este o procedur\u0103 indispensabil\u0103 pentru articula\u021bia \u0219oldului.
